I do love a good list… Especially a book list… bookriot: Boy does the internet like a list. And boy, does the bookish internet love a book list. Here’s a round-up of recent bookish lists that caught our attention. See previous installments here. _________________________ At Tablet Hotels, A Reading List for Lovers of Travel At Abe Books, 7…

God I love my friends
I had a particularly icky day today. It started off rather nice and slow, pretty chill and then it was determined that I had to go cover a Little League thing for someone. This in and of itself would have just been not fun as it was a parade for children in Little League, parts were cute, I will admit that, but as a whole it was pretty lame. Oh my friends. How well they know me
Friend: I think this sentence was written in your honor: "Literature and coffee: such sweet, sweet dependencies."
Me: Aww!! Who wrote that?
Friend: It's a description of a used book store in San Francisco.
Me: That's adorable.
Friend: I thought you might enjoy it.
Me: I did. Is it awful that i felt like a little girl and someone was complimenting me?
Friend: (laughs) Awww!
